We had a new 8.5kW split system air conditioning unit installed and couldn't be happier with the whole process. All the staff we dealt with at Maroondah Heating and Cooling were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We were undecided at first about what type of cooling system we wanted installed. Michael came out and assessed the layout of our home and talked us through the options to find something that suited both our needs and our budget. The installation and electrical work was carried out in one day and the guys even cleaned up after themselves (they brought their own vacuum cleaner!). I would highly recommend Maroondah Heating and Cooling.

Really really happy with my ducted A/c installation. The quote was thorough and included everything I wanted, the guy who quoted it understood immediately what I was after. They weren’t the cheapest (but not far off the mark) but their system was the best. The guys who installed it were great! Arrived on time, worked diligently and smoothly. And unlike many tradesmen I have had around recently, they weren’t overly loud or rowdy! The whole thing went smoothly from start to finish, and it was actually finished, on the day, when they said it would be (again, unlike other jobs I’ve had recently where “I’ll have to come back to finish that next week” seems to be a common phrase)The system itself seems to be working perfectly. Can’t wait until the really cold and really hot days so I can really try it out. I can’t get over how quiet the daikin ducted system is. You don’t even know it’s on. Perfect for the bedrooms.I definitely recommend maroondah heating and cooling!

Maroondah Heating and Cooling was recommended to us through a son's work colleague and from initial contact to finish they have been nothing but proffessional. First recieved emailed brochures from Zoe, and then had Michael come and quote on new sytems (Heating & Cooling). We went with a Daikin Heating & Cooling system with a My Air program & 8 zoned areas. This was installed over 2 days by Darcy, Kai, Ben, Tom, Zac with Dale overseeing final sign off and check of system. All the staff and workers were polite and courteous, cleaned up very well taking all the old system. Had a couple of queries on the following Monday and Darcy & Kai attended within 24 hours and sorted out these minor issues. Very pleased with system and service. Would thoroughly recommend them.

I contacted Maroondah Heating and Cooling as we had just moved into our new house. I was concerned about the state of the ducted heating unit as I have a 1 year old son and I wanted to ensure it was safe and not emitting any CO2 or any other debris as he seems to suffer with airborne allergens. We were booked in for 2 days later, which was timely I thought, Liam attended our property and immediately recognised the heater may be a hazard. It was a cracked and dangerous 20 year old unit. He disconnected it and organised for us to be contacted within 24h by Dean the salesman. He then came and gave us options. We were expecting a much larger cost, so we were thrilled with the outcome. A few days later, Mike installed our new machine. I felt confident at every stage that we were being well looked after. We now have wonderful heating which I know has been fully tested after installation. Following up from that, I had a wonderful experience over the phone with Rochelle.Thankyou for the team and Maroondah H&C we are very thankful for your expertise and honesty for our home heating.

We had Maroondah Heating & Cooling out to perform maintenance on our ducted heating. Unfortunately we had to then replace our 20 yr old ducted heating unit.As we were without heat, they organised an excellent and knowledgeable sales rep within 24hrs who helped assess our options and organise a new unit.Within a week we had a new unit installed by another technician who was on-time & extremely professional.We would fully recommend Maroondah Heating & Cooling for your heating and cooling needs and can not thank the staff enough.Special thanks to the 3 people who helped us through the process, Liam, Dean and Mike.

This is the 3rd time we have used Maroondah Heating and Cooling . This time we installed an ActronAir Platinum Que system. This required the removal of an old gas furnace and all the ducting and replacement with all new larger ducting including zoning to 4 areas.Maroondah did a great job. Arrived on time. Had a good sized team and worked efficiently on the installation. They cleaned up well and even installed a colorbond sheet to cover the old hole in the wall.The system is going very well and we are very pleased we once again went with Maroondah Heating and Cooling. Would certainly recommend them.

Sushil came to my home today to service my heating unit and evaporative cooler. He was great! Punctual - he rang 15 minutes before arrival and arrived on time. I am really impressed about how knowledgeable Sushil is, and he explained everything to me in a way I could understand. After inspecting my heating unit ducting, he explained that it was in very poor condition due to its age/wear and tear and explained that the unit itself is not very efficient and the ducting being in the condition that it is in did not help. Sushil made some recommendations, but was not pushy at all. I’m a 69-year-old pensioner and I am very grateful of this information.Well done Maroondah Heating on running such a pleasant, prompt and efficient team and business.

Maroondah Heating & Cooling have installed both heating and Cooling for me - Heating just recently and Cooling a few years ago - on both occasions they were amazing .Had it installed in a day - cleaned up afterwards and the heating is brilliant .i would highly recommend this company to anyone that wanted these services - very professional, polite and communication is perfect.We even had it installed a day earlier than expected.We had a Gas leak under our house and Maroondah detected that and we were able to have this fixed on the same day - so grateful as it could have been quite dangerousWell done Maroondah Heating and Cooling.

We had weak heat problem with ducted heating in bedrooms. When the technician (his name is Sushil) from Maroondah heating and cooling came here, fixed the problem inside the house, but he was responsible and went out to check everything. Then he found out that there were some bad cracks on the main system, which were dangerous. He disconnected it, took photos and wrote the report. Thanks to Sushil and the company. They are very responsible. :)

When our gas ducted heater died, we didn’t want a straight replacement but wanted to consider better heating options for our house which was always cold downstairs & warm upstairs in winter. Dean did a thorough review and suggested a much better heating solution. We are delighted with the end result and now have a cosy home. Although we had a teething issue with an error code on the controller, Richard came back to resolve the issue and Rochelle provided excellent follow up customer service. Really happy with the new ducting. We have a long house and the previous ducting system was inefficient, very noisy and delivered poor results. We contacted a few different companies to get quotes to replace our tired old heating unit. I rang Maroondah Heating and Cooling and straight away I could tell that they were a professional company. I organised a day for someone to come out and quote and they came out and gave us a very competitive quote, which was backed with a good warranty.The only fault I could find was a the on site quoting process. I felt that they could have been a touch more professional. In saying that we had another company come out to quote and they were very rude and stand offish. People don't realise that the initial meeting is the most important part of the process. Anyway we had the unit installed and the guys that fitted it were great, easy to talk to and went through a basic training of how to use the unit. So overall really good experience and I would use the guys again as it is a no stress purchase and you are left knowing that you are in good hands. Thanks again.

I am very impressed with the punctuality and professionalism of Maroondah Heating and Cooling. Last week I had Michael come to my double storey home for a quote on a new heater. He assessed the situation and provided a typed quote on the spot. Within 4 business days I had Phil and his apprentice Jody installing my new heater on Friday 12 June. They arrived on time and worked very hard for 6 solid hours, removing the old heater through the manhole and putting in the new one. Michael called me when they discovered the zone motor had died to let me know the price of a new one and whether I wished to proceed. Have had a reverse cycle ac installed by Maroondah Heating and cooling before together with a replacement ducted heating system. My mother had an old and inadequate ac and was finding the summers hot so I recommended Dave come and quote. My mother can be quite difficult but found Dave a thorough gentleman and well versed in his profession. She is not local to this area. Stewart who installed the Daikin system was also a gentleman and very amiable and punctual, and cleaned up after himself.

Had Liam out to look at our unit this morning that wasnt powering on. As a small business owner, i have been super impressed with all my dealings with Maroondah Heating and Cooling from making the service appointment through to the work done. Liam quickly diagnosed the issue, explained clearly how to sort it ourselves in future, serviced the unit and gave sensible advice on the next service. He also gave advice on our ducted heating. All in all this was a 10/10 experience, they did what they promised and did it all superbly. Cant recommend this company enough. Keep up the great work!

Dear Maroondah Heating and Cooling team,On behalf of my wife and I, we would like to thank the amazing staff at Maroondah Heating and Cooling for their extremely high level of professionalism and their fantastic level of customer service.One week ago we decided to take your option of a free quote, regarding getting our internal heating system replaced, as our previous unit was installed around 45 years ago and was starting to get very expensive to run and maintain.After booking the quote, we were visited by Dave Cullen, who arrived punctually and was very thorough in his appraisal of our requirements. Dave was very pedantic in examining the existing duct work, copper gas pipe work and the rest of our previous setup. In the end he showed me a very detailed plan which he drafted with all of the measurements, which impressed me substantially (I have a background in the trades industry). Dave advised that he could have the unit installed the following week, to which we happily agreed and submitted the required deposit.The following week, the installation team arrived punctually and seemed very well organised. The existing asbestos flue was carefully removed and wrapped in plastic. The heater installer, Mike Hamilton, arrived together with his helper Mitch and installed the new system in a very professional manner.Mike’s professionalism was outstanding as I closely observed the quality of his workmanship, keeping in mind that all of this was done with minimal disruption to our home.When the installation was complete, Mike asked if I was keen to view the installation in the ceiling cavity which I found to be excellent. The installation was very well executed, including the electrical work carried out by Josh. Prior to their departure, the team cleaned the entire area and promptly and efficiently removed the old unit.Overall I have to say that we are extremely satisfied with our purchase and our dealing with your business. We have used these guys twice, once to install evaporative cooling & just recently when our electric ducted heating died we got our gas ducted heating from Maroondah Heating & Cooling. An absolutely fabulous company to deal with from start to finish! Highly recommend them to everyone needing anything to do with heating & cooling.

Jake was great! Came earlier than expected and rung when he was on his way. He serviced our heating unit and evaporative cooler. Both had been playing up, and are working perfectly now. Made some recommendations on replacing some parts that have been through some wear and tear, but was not pushy at all. Highly recommend Maroondah H&C!
